CANCELLATION POLICY

🌿 Body Love Wellness Studio Policies To protect our time, energy, and commitment to every client, please review our studio policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below. 💸 Deposits A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. *Deposits are applied toward your total service. *Members are exempt from deposits. *Deposits are non-refundable. In rare cases, if this is your first booking and you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred toward another service at our discretion (case-by-case). ❌ Cancellations 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. *If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of your total service will be charged. *If you cancel the same day, 100% of your service will be charged. ***No exceptions. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule once for the same appointment. *At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule without penalty. *If you reschedule properly, your deposit will transfer to your new date. ⏰ Lateness Please arrive on time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. *Late arrivals may have their session shortened to avoid affecting the next client. *If you are running late, communication is key — please text or call as soon as possible. *If you are 15+ minutes late with no communication, this will be considered a no-show. 🚫 No-Shows A no-show is defined as arriving 15+ minutes late with no call/text, or completely missing your appointment. *No-shows will be charged 100% of the total. ✨ These policies are designed to respect everyone’s time and ensure a smooth, relaxing experience for all Body Love Wellness clients.
